Hall 3 at Interpack 2026, which is being held in Düsseldorf, Germany from May 7-13, was the place to visit for millers interested in the latest developments in extrusion technology. For it was here that Bühler Group launched its latest edition extruder for the snack food and related industries. Roger Gilbert had the opportunity to talk to the Product Manager for Extrusion and Puffing , Stefanie Hardtmann, about the latest configuration and some of the machine’s innocations.
She took Milling and Grain through the key developments and focused on the advances being made in the cutter head assembly of the newly launched twin-screw Nuterex 7 Series.
