Touring the Bühler stand at Interpack

Extrusion was not the only advanced equipment being presented at this year’s Interpack 2026 by the Bühler Group. Stefanie Hardtmann, the Extrusion and Puffing Product Manager took Milling and Grain’s Roger Gilbert around the stand, first looking at the food and snack samples the company’s equipment produces and which visitors could try, but also a selection of critical equipment used in their manuacture including the ‘puffing process’.
