IPSF to showcase cutting-edge poultry research at 2026 IPPE

The global poultry industry’s latest scientific advancements will take centre stage at the International Poultry Scientific Forum (IPSF), held in conjunction with the 2026 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta. The forum will showcase recent studies that are intended to improve bird health, enhance management techniques, and boost industry performance as a whole.

Scheduled for Monday, Jan. 26, through Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026, the day-and-a-half forum will bring together researchers, industry leaders and students to study emerging trends and scientific breakthroughs affecting the future of chicken production. The Southern Poultry Science Society, the Southern Conference on Avian Diseases, and the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY) are sponsors of IPSF.
Numerous important industry themes, including as environmental management, nutrition, physiology, pathology, processing and products, and avian health, will be covered in research presentations. When taken as a whole, these seminars will provide light on how innovation and science continue to advance animal care, sustainability, and efficiency in the poultry industry.

IPSF pre-registration is open through January 9, 2026, for $95. Registration will cost $155 after that date, beginning on January 10. In keeping with IPSF’s mission to support education and the future generation of poultry scientists, students can attend the event for free by submitting a legitimate student ID during registration.
The 2026 International Production & Processing Expo, which is scheduled for January 27–29, coincides with IPSF. The International Poultry Expo, International Feed Expo, and International Meat Expo are all held under one roof at IPPE, one of the biggest yearly trade fairs for protein production and processing in the world. The entire range of the animal protein and feed industries is represented by the combined event.

The Meat Institute, USPOULTRY, and the American Feed Industry Association are sponsoring the 2026 IPPE, which is anticipated to attract thousands of participants from all around the world.
