Alapala Holding has made a senior appointment in line with its vision to strengthen its corporate governance structure and more effectively support its strategic objectives.
Cengiz Tiryakioğlu, who served as General Manager of DEPART, one of the group companies within Alapala Holding, and General Manager of AB Industries, has been appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of Alapala Holding as of 1 January 2026. Tiryakioğlu will assume his new role on the Board of Directors in addition to his current executive duties.
Having held senior management positions in various sectors since 1996, Cengiz Tiryakioğlu has taken on significant responsibilities within the Alapala Group, serving as General Manager of DEPART since 2016 and subsequently as General Manager of AB Industries. With his expertise in milling, automation and industrial solutions, he has made important contributions to the operational and strategic development of the group companies.
Cengiz Tiryakioğlu’s sectoral expertise is expected to add value at the Board of Directors level to Alapala Holding’s sustainable growth targets, corporate vision and long-term strategies. With this appointment, Alapala Holding aims to further strengthen its management structure while resolutely continuing its efforts to increase its effectiveness in the global market.
