Ridley Block Operations, an Alltech company and a leader in livestock nutrition, has appointed Paul Kropp as executive vice president, effective immediately.
Kropp brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the agricultural and animal-health industries, with a track record of driving revenue expansion, market growth and strategic partnerships. He is known for building high-performing teams and developing transformational partnerships aligned with long-term growth strategies.

Kropp holds a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Oklahoma State University.
