Latin American Poultry Summit 2027 Announced

The 2027 Latin American Poultry Summit is scheduled for Monday, 25 January 2027, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, in conjunction with the International Production & Processing Expo, according to event organisers.

The one-day event, co-hosted by the Latin American Poultry Association, will explore how the industry continues to lead the way in animal protein, highlighting breakthroughs, technologies and strategies shaping the future of production, as reported by organisers.

Networking opportunities will include a luncheon, coffee breaks and a reception, with these included in the cost of attending. Students and advisors participating in the USPOULTRY Foundation International Student Program will receive special recognition during the event, the organisers stated.

For more than a decade, the summit has served as a key gathering for poultry professionals throughout Latin America to explore emerging technologies, gain insights from animal health and food safety experts, and discuss the issues and opportunities influencing the region’s industry.

The 2027 IPPE will run from 26–28 January at the Georgia World Congress Center.
