This modular machine is capable of processing up to 20 tonnes per hour, separating grains of wheat according to their protein content. This is likely to be a game changer in segregating wheat values according to the required flour or product specification being produced and lessen the need for imports of high-protein wheats to produce some flours that standardised wheat sampling does not pick up or allow for separation.
