It is used in flour and semolina factories for cleaning and classifying semolina. The product, whose flow rate can be adjusted, is distributed evenly on the entire sieve surface thanks to a curtain. The sieving process is carried out with 2 or 3 layers of wire. An equal vacuum is created on the entire sieve surface with the aerodynamic air channel and air adjustment valves, and bran and products with extended adhesion surfaces such as bran are suspended by vacuum and separated from the product and pushed to the exit channel. The product (semolina) that is freed from bran is classified according to grain size thanks to the sieves.
