One of the standout moments of the second day of the OCRIM S.p.A. Open Days was undoubtedly Stefano Mazzini’s inspiring keynote presentation, delivered to an audience of around 300 milling professionals from more than 21 countries.
In an industry often focused on tonnes, throughput, efficiency and automation, Stefano challenged us to think about something equally important: the people, values and culture that sit behind the technology.
His message was simple but powerful: while machines drive production, culture gives industry its purpose.
