Novus International has unveiled a significant business restructuring to boost innovation and operational efficiency. The new plan will divide the company into two distinct units: one dedicated to liquid methionine solutions and the other to specialty feed ingredients.
This reorganisation reflects Novus’s ongoing commitment to being a science-driven, customer-oriented provider. The two units will operate independently, each with its accountability for profits and the freedom to concentrate on its specific strengths.
CEO Dan Meagher will continue to oversee the parent company, ensuring strategic direction for both divisions.
“Each unit now has the clarity and freedom to innovate faster, respond smarter, and continue delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of producers worldwide,” stated Meagher. “This is a bold, forward-thinking step that allows us to go further in our commitment to deliver value for our customers, teams, and partners.”
Dave Dowell has been appointed President of the Methionine Business Unit, while Ed Galo will lead as President of the Specialty Business Unit.
Novus is known for its advancements in liquid methionine technology and its specialty nutrition through intelligent feed solutions. This new structure aims to leverage those strengths and expand global innovation potential.
“This realignment is not a division – it’s an evolution,” Meagher emphasised. “An evolution that enables us to better serve the industry by doing what we do best – Deliver more science, insight, and inspiration. This is how we continue to show the world that we’re Made of More.”
Both business units will ensure continued service for dairy, poultry, and swine producers worldwide, maintaining the high standards of excellence and integrity that have been Novus’s hallmark for over 30 years.
