Nor-Feed, a specialist in plant-based extracts for animal nutrition and health and part of the Adisseo group, has announced the appointment of Nicolas Tessier as its new General Manager, effective March 1, 2026.
Tessier succeeds Olivier Clech, who will move into a non-executive role on the company’s Board of Directors after 14 years leading the business.
Tessier joined Nor-Feed in 2009 and has held a range of positions across the organisation, including roles in research and innovation, manufacturing, purchasing and sales. The company said his broad operational experience and knowledge of it’s activities position him well to guide its next phase of development within the group.
Founded in Angers, France, Nor-Feed develops and manufactures plant-based specialty ingredients and botanical extracts designed to support animal nutrition and health, offering natural solutions that help reduce the use of antibiotics, coccidiostats and pesticides in livestock production.
