The internationally renowned VIV platform will enter one of the fastest-growing animal protein marketplaces in the world on April 22–24 where VIV Select India 2026 will take place in New Delhi, bringing together the world’s livestock and poultry industries.
At a time when India’s livestock and poultry industries are rapidly growing and modernising, the three-day business-to-business show, held at the Yashobhoomi Convention & Expo Centre, seeks to bring together local partnerships and worldwide experience.
The event is positioned as a long-term platform to promote technological transfer, industry collaboration, and company growth across the feed-to-food value chain. It is organised by VNU Exhibitions Europe, a division of Royal Dutch Jaarbeurs, in collaboration with the Poultry Federation of India. The country’s growing significance as a center for investment and innovation in animal protein production is reflected in the anticipated participation of over 130 exhibitors from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Businesses that will exhibit technologies related to automation, animal health, biosecurity, processing, and digital solutions include Big Dutchman, JBT Marel India, Viscon Hatchery Automation, De Heus Animal Nutrition India, FAMSUN, Venky’s India, and Himalaya Wellness Company.
VIV Square, a specialised information platform with expert-led seminars and high-level talks on dairy development, animal health, and poultry production, is at the center of the event. Key government and business leaders, such as Jeroen van Hooff, Ranpal Dhanda, and S. P. Singh Baghel, as well as high-ranking officials and foreign delegates, will attend the program’s opening ceremony. Speakers from renowned companies, including MSD Animal Health, HIPRA, and CEVA, will cover important industry themes over the course of the three days, such as automation and artificial intelligence in production systems, changing nutrition strategies, processing efficiency, and advancements in biologicals and vaccines.
“The poultry and livestock sectors are entering a phase where scale must be matched by efficiency, resilience, and smarter use of technology,” said Patrick van Rooij, Project Manager of VIV Select India. “This platform is as much about dialogue and learning as it is about business. Our goal is to create conversations that lead to stronger partnerships, better decisions, and long-term value for the industry.”
Only trade experts from the animal protein value chain, such as producers, processors, veterinarians, feed manufacturers, and legislators, are permitted to attend the exhibition. The event will take place every day from 10:00 to 18:00, with free entry to the exhibition floor and conference sessions. VIV Select India 2026 is anticipated to become a major gathering place for industry stakeholders attempting to negotiate the next stage of expansion in India’s livestock and poultry sector due to its robust international participation and all-encompassing feed-to-food strategy.
