Lallemand recently revealed their new President and CEO: Audrey St Onge. She is succeeding Gary Edwards, appointed Senior VP and Special Advisor. Ms St Onge's previous job role was Senior Vice-President of Operations at the SK Food Group, a role she held since 2017. Before this role, she spent five years with Albertsons/Safeway.
