Currently serving as Technical Director at FAMSUN, leading process innovation and technical strategy across all unit operations of extrusion lines — including grinding, mixing, extrusion, drying, coating, and cooling. Recognized for delivering robust process optimization, technical training, and tailored engineering solutions. Combines in-depth process knowledge with a hands-on approach to support high-performance production and continuous improvement in complex manufacturing environments.
Caue Tomaz Martins

Application Manager, CPM
Caue Tomaz Martins is currently serving as Application Manager at CPM, a role he assumed in 2024 after a successful career in the Service team, where he has been working since 2017. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul (UNICSUL) in São Paulo, Brazil.
With solid experience in industrial processes, Caue is responsible for equipment sizing—including hammer mills, pellet mills, flakers, and crushers—across multiple markets. He provides technical and commercial support to the sales team, focusing on delivering efficient and performance-driven solutions. Caue is committed to developing projects that integrate technology and tangible results
Dr. Gustavo Julio

Aqua Commercial Technical Supervisor, De Heus Animal Nutrition
Dr. Julio is a seasoned Aquaculture Engineer with deep academic and industry expertise in aquafeed nutrition and sustainable production systems. He holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Animal Science – Animal Production from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and currently leads commercial technical operations for De Heus in the aquaculture sector.
Dr. Sohail Nazari

Global Vice President, Feed and Biofuel Division, ANDRITZ
With a background in driving digital transformation across multiple sectors—including oil and gas, pulp and paper, and feed production—Dr. Nazari brings extensive experience in integrating advanced digital tools to boost productivity and reduce energy consumption. He is a recognized thought leader, patent holder, and award-winning advocate for sustainability through innovation.
Dr Francisco Madeiros

Dr Francisco Madeiros is a Veterinary Doctor with extensive experience in academia, public policy, and agribusiness. He served as a Professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso, contributing to education and research in veterinary science. He currently holds the position of Director at DEAGRO within FIESP. As a consultant for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), he has supported international initiatives focused on sustainable food systems. He also serves as the Executive President of PEIXE BR, the Brazilian Association of Fish Farming, where he leads efforts to advance the country’s aquaculture sector.
