SVALZ was born in the fields and silos, not in offices — built alongside farmers and millers to understand their struggles, solve real challenges, and ensure no hard-earned harvest ever goes to waste.
For over thirteen years, Pari Mamallan, a Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s from TFH Berlin, worked across cranes, silos, and grain storage systems around the world—studying how grain behaves inside modern silo complexes and how equipment performs under unforgiving real-world conditions. Along this journey, one insight became clear: although grain cooling technology had existed for more than fifty years, it had not evolved to meet the scale, climate challenges, and energy demands of today’s storage systems.
Pari believed the industry needed a new chapter—technology engineered from the ground up, not adapted from older designs. Purposeful. Reliable. Intelligent.
After years of research, he teamed up with Jagannathan, a specialist in thermal and fluid engineering. Together, they are reimagining grain cooling into a modern, scalable, and scientifically engineered solution—enabling safe, stable storage where traditional aeration falls short, and building severe-duty industrial cooling solutions for the future.
